Heating, air-conditioning and ventilation
Mechanical installation services
- site visits including a survey of existing buildings and preparation of the bill of quantities
- installation of heating equipment: underfloor and radiator heating, boiler rooms, pipework, repairs and more
- installation of air-conditioning equipment: mono-split and multi-split units, VRF
- installation of ventilation equipment, including fabrication of ventilation ducts from galvanised sheet metal
- site supervision for mechanical installations
- 24-month warranty on the works performed and on their functionality
Our own production facilities
Production services
- CNC cutting of steel sheet — 2 CO2 lasers, a plasma cutter and 2 punch presses
- CNC sheet-metal bending — 5 hydraulic press brakes and 2 servo-electric press brakes
- Surface preparation — steel shot blasting and sandblasting of metal and other surfaces, including facades and stone
- Robotic welding, grinding and polishing
- Wet painting
- Electrostatic powder coating — semi-automatic line with washing/degreasing, drying and curing, approx. 250 m in total length
- Hydrostatic test station — maximum test pressure 6 bar
- Other — longitudinal seam welding, tube cutting and bending, milling and turning
